We have known John Miles since listing our horse property with him in January, 2016. 

The property is a specialty equine thoroughbred training facility, which targeted a small select market. John achieved free editorial resulting in a buyer. 

Sale price was very close to the valuation of the property, in the difficult 3.5 million range. 

At the time when John first made contact we already had another agent who had listed the property for some 6 or more months, lucky for us we were able to sign an agreement with him. 

John showed a prospective buyer through the very next day. 

This was a complex sale due to the goods and services tax. John stuck to his guns and the result, settlement one week after exchange. 

John showed dedication with meticulous daily reports on negotiation with honesty and sincerity. 

This has led to a friendship with us both and our buyer.
